“The communications cost optimization feature enables us to manage the automatic selection of operators whilst roaming across the borders and the ability to define a list of up to 100 GSM operators (PLMN-Public Land Mobile Network) thus allowing us to select the most cost effective roaming operator network,” said Al Salah,” this feature can be activated either periodically, according to a pre-programmed timer or upon new GSM registration caused either by reset or by leaving the area covered by previously selected network”
